الطريقة سهلة ولا تحتاج اجهزة تنبيت خاصة, فلا تتعفن وتتخمج البذور ولا تفقد من فعاليتها وقيمتها الغذائية.

Each of us has his own way, my way I reached after several different trail ways.
It is easy and does not require special devices germination,the seeds do not spoil and do not lose their nutritional values.
